- Where and how are the products made?
Every Epifania piece is handmade at our studio in Latvia. Each item is prepared with love and care and we hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as we enjoyed making it!
- Do you ship internationally?
Yes,we ship worldwide. You can purchase Epifania pieces no matter where you are!
- How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Your order will be made and shipped within 1 - 3 days after ordering.
- How long does the shipping take?
Standard shipping:
* 1 – 2 business days within Latvia
* 2 – 5 business days within Europe, United States & Canada
* 2 – 7 business days to United Kingdom, New Zealand and other parts of the world.
- Can I return/exchange an item?
Yes, we allow returns/exchanges within 14 days of receiving the order, we just ask that the items are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. The shipping expenses must be paid by the customer. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 work days.
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- None of your sizes fit me. Is there anything you can do?
We know online shopping can be tricky, especially regarding sizing. Epifania offers custom sizing for most of our items. Just send us an email with your measurements and we will write back as soon as possible.
- Partnerships & Influencer collaborations.
Please send us a message! We love working with bloggers and influencers, but as we are a small brand, we only do a limited amount of collaborations, usually just a couple every year.
